What does Drop-In Support mean?
This is where a Support Worker comes to your own home to assist with daily living tasks. Drop-In Support can be used to assist anyone with a disability and on the NDIS for anything from:
- Building independence and household living; e.g. cooking, cleaning etc
- Personal life such as Personal Care, medications, healthy eating, social skills etc
- Assisting manage high level care for psychosocial disabilities.
- Ensure safety and assistance for a range of disabilities from vision impairment to epilepsy
- Manual movement and transport
- Shopping
- General Welfare
- Appointments
Drop-In Support is great because it’s super flexible. You choose the when, where, and how long you need us for.
Some clients only require drop-in support for a few hours a week, and we have other clients who we provide around the clock, 24/7 Drop-In Support - it’s 100% dependent on you and your need.
We offer Drop In Support on the Central Coast, Newcastle, Greater Hunter and the Hornsby regions.

1. Initial Meet And Greet with Our Client Manager
First off, we organise a meet and greet for the client, family, support coordinators and the team.
Here we learn all about our new client; what they like, interests, the type of carers they would like and other information to offer the most holistic, outcome-focused support.
We are committed to providing the most personalised Drop-In Disability Support to meet the needs of our clients.


2. Learn What You Need To Thrive In Your Own Home
We talk to the Participant, their family, Support Coordinators and Allied Health Professionals to get a comprehensive understanding of how to best support our new client in their home.
3. Training The Team Specifically For Your Needs
The next step is to create the best suited team based on skill and Participant preferences and ensure they are trained to a high standard on how to best support the Participant.

4. Regular Communication With You And Your Family
